Information about the Event
The long-awaited return of the song contest which is so popular with the Maltese is being reflected in a new look for The Malta Eurovision Song Contest, with the main element being a heart that also incorporates the Maltese cross as well as the introduction of the slogan What a feeling .
The song contest will be broadcast live on TVM and aired on several evenings from February 17th to 19th. Out of the 22 semi-finalists, 16 finalists will be selected by a jury panel together with the public vote. The final selection for a winning song will take place on February 19 with the winner representing Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest next May in Turin, Italy.
In the coming days TVM will be keeping audiences up to date with the latest news and preparations in connection with The Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2022, via radio and television, as well as through the tvm.com portal and the TVM social media pages.
