The MFCC Board of Directors together with the management team would like to welcome Mr. Jean-Pierre Schembri as their new Chairman following the unfortunate demise of Mr. Joseph Fenech, who had worked intimately and tirelessly at growing the Corinthia Group over the past 43 years.
Joining the Corinthia Group in 2018, Mr. Schembri is the Company Secretary and a Director at Corporate Office of IHI whilst also holding several Executive positions within the group. Before joining, Mr. Schembri has held senior positions within the European Union Institutions and the Maltese public service. His guidance will surely prove instrumental in the projected growth of MFCC both locally and internationally.
